John acts as Arundel Group Holdings, LLC, and its affiliates Sr. Project Executive. In this role, John is responsible for reviewing all estimates, submittals, daily field activities and all engineering issues related to the construction activities of the companies’ projects. John ensures that all projects constructed by Arundel Design-Build and Darkhorse Utilities, Sitework & Concrete Contractors LLC. are performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings and top quality standards above and beyond clients expectations. John also performs engineering designs within Ellis and Levine Engineering.
As a Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and the Commonwealth of Virginia. John has a strong and variable background in the Construction, Real Estate Development, and Engineering Design/Consulting/Forensic Service Industries. John Demonstrated success in managing projects for large development companies in DFW, Beverly Hills, CA, Las Angeles, CA, Riverside, CA, Upper Manhattan, NY, Lititz PA, and London, England. John’s engineering experience includes Civil Design, Traffic Signal Design, and Construction, Illumination Design and Construction, Roadway Design and Construction, Structural Engineering Design and Construction. John inspects all company projects on a periodic and as-needed basis to ensure all projects are constructed to the highest standards.
